As part of this team, you will use cutting edge technology to develop highly scalable and resilient application. As a team lead you will also enable us to get these applications into the hands of our users safely, quickly, and sustainably. In this Area, they develop products to boost customer engagement. Their goal is to provide the best customer experience on the market, and they do that through personalized communication, interesting and fun promotions, and gamification. They work closely with their commercial users to ensure they deliver the best CRM tools and products. All designed and developed by them and delivered safely, quickly and sustainably using best-if-bread technologies and processes.

Your new role

People management, mentoring and coaching developers, taking part in recruiting and onboarding, performance reviews, personal development planning and 1-to-1’s.
Close collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements. Software development according to modern best practices and principles.Taking part in the decision-making process for design or improvement of application architecture, solution development, architecture, and code review.

What you'll need to succeed

•Experience in software development for more than 5 years
•Experience of managing teams of software engineers
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Agile mindset, business goals orientation
•Excellent knowledge and experience in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
