Mid-Senior UI Designer

We are looking for a talented Mid/Senior Level UI Designer to work directly on an AI platform. This role includes the daily production of designs, specifications, and assets for development. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate design work to developers and engineers through detailed documentation. Additionally, there is an exciting opportunity to engage in design exploration for future functionalities of the AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and finalise design files using Figma.
  • Prepare, document, and hand over design specifications to the development team.
  • Maintain and update the design library and components as new specifications are created.
  • Create prototypes and conduct design testing to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Refine designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate design decisions and solutions.
  • Engage in conceptual sketching and exploration for future user experiences.

Required Experience and Mindset:
  • Extensive experience in UI/visual design (5-7+ years).
  • Proficiency in UX design is advantageous.
  • Mastery of Figma, including development mode and prototyping features.
  • In-depth knowledge of the current AI product landscape.
  • Familiarity with emerging UI/UX trends in AI products.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
  • Possesses a growth mindset, focusing on opportunities.
  • Strong advocate for user-centred design principles.
