As an Automation Engineer, your tasks will be to:

    • Automation development: Develop automation solutions in a range of technologies.
      • ML Ops: Work with data scientists to put machine learning models into production and into practice.
      • Collaborate with data scientists to incorporate AI into end-user-facing applications. Create comprehensive documentation for automation processes, configurations, and best practices.
      • Support the development of chatbots and virtual agents to enhance user interaction and automate routine tasks.
      • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless and automated deployment of automation tools.
      • Implement a hypercare model to closely monitor and support automation tools during the initial phase of deployment.


What you will need to fill the position:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Data and Automation field
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Phyton/SQL)
  • Power Automate, JIRA and DevOps are nice to have.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills; must be methodical, with attention to detail and an ability to keep track of several tasks at the same time whilst focusing on service delivery.
