Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Stewardship:
  • Oversee and manage the project track work plan to ensure timely and efficient progress.
  • Develop and manage both the project track resource plan and the business resource plan, integrating full-time and part-time business SMEs into project delivery teams.
  • Maintain and update implementation plans to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate sprint plans and playbacks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure that test cases are prepared during the build period to facilitate thorough testing.
  • Compile and present project track status updates for stakeholder reviews to keep all parties informed.
  • Facilitate teamwork management and ceremonies to promote collaboration and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support for Azure DevOps, ensuring data quality and hygiene, and reporting on sprint/PI progress.

Business Integration:
  • Manage project integration items, including design and build tasks that require collaboration across multiple project teams or tracks.
  • Coordinate integration points with co-dependent projects to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure that test cases, systems, and data are ready for integration and testing.

Technical Integration:
  • Work closely with the System of Development to ensure technical controls are in place.
  • Manage project documentation to ensure all technical details are accurately recorded.
  • Provide technical environment and transport coordination across development, QA, and production environments.
  • Ensure technical alignment with co-dependent projects to maintain consistency and integration.

You are the ideal candidate for the position if you have:
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Project Management/Track Lead area.
  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent English written and verbal skills.
  • Knowledge of ADO (or similar Agile tool).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Supply/Marine Demurrage/Claim handling expertise (advantage).
