Responsibilities:

  • In the development process, guiding the team through continuous improvement
  • Lead the collaborative planning process for each sprint, helping the team and conduct risk management
  • Teaching, mentoring and coaching team members and stakeholders about the agile and scrum principles and practises
  • Work with the Product Manager and team to define the roadmap of the product delivery
The Fit

  • 3–4 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management
    • Experience in a cross-functional team.
    • Experience of facilitating, teaching, coaching and mentoring team members
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to think creatively.
    • Experience with front-end and back-end development
    • Fluent English skills
