Senior Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Java developer to join our internal development team to help realize the strategic plans of our IT Development Directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing backend and frontend developments in a microservice-based and legacy environment based on business requirements, establishing development methodology principles, and mentoring junior colleagues. The developments will cover both the creation of new systems and the support of existing ones.

Responsibilities:
  • Further development and support of the organization’s IT systems.
  • Ensuring software quality.
  • Preparing software releases.
  • Exploring and implementing new technologies.
  • Developing and documenting development methodology principles.
  • Coordinating development tasks within the development team.
  • Establishing CI/CD processes.
  • Writing developer documentation.
  • Conducting developer tests.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proficient in using Eclipse or IntelliJ IDE, with knowledge of Linux servers.
  • Several years of practical experience with Spring or Spring Boot frameworks.
  • Practical database design knowledge: SQL language, Oracle, or other relational database servers.
  • Structured thinking typical of the profession.
  • At least documentation reading/writing level English proficiency.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Precise and quality-oriented work ethic.
  • Proactive and solution-focused.
