Talent Selection and Development

 

We offer individual and group Assessment Center/Development Center sessions as well as psychometric tools: tests and questionnaires allowing for a precise assessment of the competencies of candidates in internal and external selection processes.

 

Assesment Center

We conduct competence assessment using the Assessment Center method in accordance with international standards:

• each participant is evaluated by at least two assessors;
• each competence is assessed at least twice, ie.: using two assessment techniques;
• the final assessment of the level of competence of the examined person is the result of a consensus that is preceded by a discussion with a thorough analysis of observed behaviors;
• each participant in the process receives reliable feedback after it is completed.

 

Development Center

We organize and conduct employee competence testing sessions using proprietary tasks and psychometric tools.

We start each process with an in-depth analysis of the situation and the purpose of the study, we design all tools in cooperation with the client, prepare individual and group reports as well as potential analyzes, recommend development actions.

 

Tests and questionnaires

We use psychometric tools examining both skills and professional preferences, as well as the personality of candidates.
